摘  要:甲醇是重要的化学工业基础原料,甲醇项目的建设对构建和完善我国现代化工业体系具有十分重要的意义。探讨了同煤广发公司甲醇项目脱硫及硫回收工艺技术方案的选择过程,分析了其实际运行效果。运行经验表明:酸性气体脱除和硫回收与尾气处理采用低温甲醇洗+改进的超级克劳斯组合工艺技术,净化后合成气能够保证甲醇合成中催化剂性能要求,以及后续的硫回收装置尾气处理量与设计参数匹配,硫磺产品回收率高、产品质量好。该项目的整体建设和运行费用较低,对山西省甲醇项目建设和工艺技术方案的选择具有很好的借鉴意义。Methanol is an important basic raw material for chemical industry,and the construction of methanol projectshas a great significance for the improvement of China's modern industrial system.This paper introduces the construction and operation of TongmeiGuangfa company's methanol project,focuses on the selection of the technology of sulfur-recovery and tail gas treatment of the project,and the actual operation effect of theproject is also analyzed.The operation experience shows that the combined process of low-temperature methanol washing+improved super Claus process technology have the advantages of the purified combined gas can meet the catalyst performance requirements in methanol synthesis process,and the tail gas treatment capacity of the subsequent sulfur recovery unit matches the design parameters,and the sulfur product has high recovery rate and good product quality.The overall construction and operation cost of the projectis relatively low,which has a good reference significance for the construction and selection of technological of methanol project for Shanxi Province.
