大数据时代高校党建科学化的思维方式创新

摘　　要：大数据时代,高校党建科学化建设面临重要机遇与挑战。为了把握机遇迎接挑战,大数据时代高校党建科学化建设必须进行思维方式的创新,以适应大数据时代的发展要求。结合大数据时代发展的具体状况,高校党建科学化建设的思维方式创新主要体现在整体取代样本、模糊寻找精确、相关超越因果和数据结合直觉四个方面。只有不断全面提升高校党建科学化水平,才能实现立德树人这一基本目标。The scientization of the Party construction in colleges and universities faces great opportunities and challenges in big data era.In order to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges,the scientization of Party construction in colleges and universities in big data era must innovate the thinking mode in order to meet the development requirements of the big data era.Combining with the specific situation of the development of the big data era,the scientization of thinking mode innovation of Party construction in colleges and universities in big data era is mainly embodied in four aspects:replacing samples as a whole,searching for accuracy vaguely,relation transcending causality and combining intuition with data.Only by continuously and comprehensively improving the the level of the scientization of Party construction in colleges and universities can we achieve the basic goal of cultivating people with moral integrity.
