摘  要:夹层玻璃属于安全玻璃中安全级别较高的一种,关乎夹层玻璃安全性能的参数指标主要是力学粘结强度。采用压缩剪切的形式描述夹层玻璃的力学粘结强度,阐述了夹层玻璃的力学性能要求和粘结原理。重点介绍了压缩剪切力的测试方法,陈述了压缩剪切力模具的设计方法和要求。最后探究了压缩剪切力的各种影响因素,得出夹层玻璃的压缩剪切力大小控制措施。The laminated glass belongs to a kind of safety glass with high safety level. As its name implies, its safety performance is excellent. The mechanical strength is the main parameter related to the safety performance of the laminated glass. The mechanical strength of the laminated glass is described in the form of compressive shear. The mechanical properties and bonding principle of the laminated glass are expounded. The test method of compression shear force is introduced emphatically, and the design method and requirement of compression shear force die are stated. The influencing factors of compressive shear force are explored, and the control measures of compressive shear force of laminated glass are obtained.
