摘　　要：超声冲洗技术现已在根管治疗过程中得到了广泛的应用。根管系统因其复杂性在正常情况下无法对其进行有效的清洁,采用超声冲洗可以减少根尖孔渗出的冲洗液,还能提高侧支根管的充填率和致密度。以往传统的根管冲洗方式仅仅是冲洗液从牙冠到牙根的流动冲洗过程,有一定的几率会刺激到根尖组织,不利于接受根管治疗的患者术后恢复。有效的预防了根尖组织受到刺激的可能,在患者的术后恢复过程中起到了积极的作用。与此同时患者的菌落计数能够明显降低,也就是说根管内的病菌存活数量大大减少,可以有效地清除炎症和预防术后感染。现对超声冲洗技术在根管治疗中的现状作出总结。Ultrasonic washing technology is now in the process of root canal therapy has been widely used.Root canal system because of its complexity in normal circumstances cannot clean them effectively,the ultrasonic washing can reduce the root hole leakage of flushing fluid,can also improve the collateral root canal filling rate and density.The past traditional way of root canal irrigation is just rinses from dental crowns to the flow of the root processing,has the certain organization can stimulate to the apex and does not favor the root canal therapy of patients with postoperative recovery.Effectively prevent the stimulated root organization may,in the process of the postoperative recovery of patients has played a positive role.At the same time the patient’s colony count can obviously decrease,that is to say,root canal significantly reduce the number of bacteria survive,can effectively remove inflammation and prevent postoperative infection.Now the technology of ultrasonic irrigation in root canal treatment of the status quo summed up.
