摘 要:目的:探讨双源CT三低扫描技术在低(体质指数)BMI患者冠状动脉成像中的应用。方法:随机选择2018年5月-2019年5月在我院接受双源CT三低扫描患者冠状动脉成像低BMI患者60例,以随机数字表法分为a、b、c三组,每组20例,分别采用120、100、80kV管电压成像,对比三组的有效辐射剂量和图像质量评分。结果:三组患者图像的优良率分别为94.12%、93.41%、95.45%,三组冠状动脉图像质量无明显差异(P<0.05);三组有效辐射量随着管电压的降低而降低(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT三低扫描技术中采用合理的管电压对低BMI患者冠状动脉成像中不仅可以保证图像质量,还可以显著降低患者的辐射量。Objective To explore the application of dual source CT three low scan technology in coronary artery imaging of patients with low BMI.Methods from May 2018 to may 2019,60 patients with low BMI in coronary artery imaging were randomly selected and divided into three groups(a,b and c)with random digital table method,20 in each group.120,100 and 80 kV tube voltage imaging were used to compare the effective radiation dose and image quality score of the three groups.Results The excellent and good rates of the three groups were 94.12%,93.41%and 95.45%respectively.There was no significant difference in the image quality of the three groups(P<0.05).The effective radiation of three groups decreased with the decrease of tube voltage(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable tube voltage can not only ensure the image quality,but also significantly reduce the radiation of patients with low BMI.
