甲状腺功能减退症采用中药真武汤治疗的观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺功能减退症采用中药真武汤治疗的观察。方法:将2018年9月-2019年3月在我院内分泌科治疗的60例甲状腺功能减退症患者随机分为两组,对照组采用左甲状腺素片治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用中药真武汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺激素各指标及左甲状腺素用量、中医证候积分变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平均明显高于对照组,TSH水平明显低于对照组,且左甲状腺素用量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后畏寒肢冷、胸腹胀闷、神倦嗜睡、肢肿尿少、腰膝冷痛、神疲乏力等证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能减退症采用中药真武汤治疗的效果显著,能有效缓解症状,减少左甲状腺素用量,提高甲状腺激素水平,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To observe the treatment of hypothyroidism with Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤).Methods:Sixty patients with hypothyroidism treated in the department of endocrinology of our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with levothyroxine tablets.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction,and the clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone indicators,dosage of levothyroxine,and TCM syndrome integral changes of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,T3,T4,FT3 and FT4 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,TSH levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the dosage of levothyroxine was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chills and cold limbs,chest and abdomen distension and tightness,lethargy and sleepiness,swollen limbs and little urine,cold waist and knee pain,and mental fatigue in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of hypothyroidism with Zhenwu Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine,is effective in relieving symptoms,reducing the dosage of levothyroxine and improving the level of thyroid hormone,which is of positive clinical significance.
