浅议“解毒通络”法在慢性唇炎治疗中的实践意义

摘　　要：慢性唇炎是皮肤科、口腔科常见疾病。因其反复发作,现代医学缺乏良好的治疗手段,故大量患者寻求中医药治疗。在临床实践中本人认为该病的发生、发展与毒邪入络关系密切,针对不同来源的毒邪,以针对性的解毒通络法加以治疗,取得了满意的临床疗效。现将相关经验总结如下,还望同道批评,斧正。Chronic lip inflammation is a common disease in dermatology and stomatology.Due to its repeated attacks,modern medicine lacks good treatment means,so a large number of patients seek treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.In clinical practice,I believe that occurrence and development of this disease is closely related to the entry of toxin and pathogenic factors into collaterals.According to different sources of poison and evil,the method of“Jiedu Tongluo”is used to treat the disease,and satisfactory clinical effect is obtained.Now the relevant experience is summarized as follows for the reference of the peer.
