穴位按摩联合点穴疗法对膝关节术后引起关节僵硬的有效性及其护理探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位按摩联合点穴疗法对膝关节术后引起关节僵硬的有效性及其护理。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年8月我院收治的膝关节术后引起关节僵硬的患者68例,按照随机数字表达法分为研究组(34例)和对照组(34例),对照组应用常规护理,研究组则在对照组基础上给予穴位按摩联合点穴疗法。结果:研究组患者临床护理4周、8周、12周后的膝关节主动屈膝角度恢复效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组对患者护理后6个月、12个月后的Lysholm评分情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对膝关节术后引起关节僵硬的有效性及其护理效果当中,穴位按摩联合点穴疗法的临床护理效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the efficacy of acupoint massage combined with acupoint therapy in the treatment of joint stiffness after knee surgery and its nursing care.Methods:68 cases of patients with joint stiffness after knee joint surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected.According to the random number expression method,they were divided into the research group(34 cases)and the control group(34 cases).Results:The recovery effect of active knee angle of the study group after 4,8 and 12 weeks of clinical nursing was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Lysholm score of the study group after 6 months and 12 months of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint therapy is ideal in the effectiveness and nursing effect of joint stiffness after knee joint surgery.
