中医针灸推拿结合中药治疗面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中医针灸推拿结合中药用于治疗面瘫患者的疗效。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年10月收治的74例面瘫患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为联用组与普通组。联用组患者采取针灸推拿结合中药治疗,普通组患者仅采取针灸推拿治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和治疗期间生活质量。结果:联用组患者治疗有效率(97.30%)显著高于普通组患者(81.08%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联用组患者生活质量评分显著高于综合组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取针灸推拿配合中药治疗面瘫患者,对于提升患者治疗有效率和生活质量成效显著,值得推行。Objective:To study the curative effect of Chinese acupuncture and massage combined with Chinese medicine on patients with facial paralysis.Methods:74 patients with facial paralysis admitted from March 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research subjects,and divided into the combination group and the control group according to different treatment methods.Patients in the combination group were treated with acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine,while patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and massage alone.Results:The effective rate(97.30%)in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.08%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine has significant treatment efficiency and can improve the quality of life in the treatment of facial paralysis patients,which is worthy of implementation.
