益气调血安神汤联合针刺治疗中风后失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气调血安神汤联合针刺治疗中风后失眠的临床观察。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年5月入住漯河市第二人民医院脑病科及中医针灸科的中风恢复期失眠的患者,采用随机数字表法分为中药+针刺组、中药组、基础组三组。基础组30例给予口服艾司唑仑治疗;中药组30例给予口服益气调血安神汤加减+口服艾司唑仑治疗;中药+针刺组30例给予口服益气调血安神加减+针刺+口服艾司唑仑治疗,疗程为14天,观察三组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)情况。结果:中药+针刺组总显效率(93.33%)大于基础组总有效率(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药+针刺组总有效率(93.33%)大于中药组总有效率(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组总有效率(66.67%)大于基础组总有效率(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气调血安神汤联合针刺对于中风后失眠具有显著疗效,并能提高患者生活质量,值得临床中推广。objective:to observe the clinical observation of yiqi tiaoxue anshen decoction(益气调血安神汤)combined with acupuncture in treating insomnia after stroke.Methods:selected patients admitted to the department of encephalopathy and department of TCM acupuncture in the second people's hospital of luohe from 2017-09 to 2019-05 who suffered from insomnia during the recovery period of stroke,and divided them into three groups by random number table method:TCM+acupuncture group,TCM group and basic group.In the basic group,30 cases were treated with estazolam.In the Chinese medicine group,30 cases were given oral treatment of yiqi tiaoxue anshen decoction plus oral treatment of estazolam.Thirty patients in the traditional Chinese medicine+acupuncture group were treated with oral supplementation,acupuncture and oral estazolam for 14 days.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and neurological deficit score(NIHSS)of the three groups were observed.Results:the total apparent efficiency(93.33%)of the TCM+acupuncture group was higher than that of the basic group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the TCM+acupuncture group(93.33%)was higher than that of the TCM group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group(66.67%)was higher than that of the basic group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:yiqi tiaoxue anshen decoction combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on insomnia after stroke,and can improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
