摘  要:目的:探讨多元化保温处理对游离皮瓣移植患者皮瓣局部血运和皮瓣成活的影响分析。方法:将2018年5月-2019年5月在我院皮肤外科治疗的60例游离皮瓣移植患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规保温护理,观察组采用多元化保温处理,比较两组患者的皮瓣成活率、皮瓣局部血运。结论:观察组皮瓣成活率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80%,而血管危象率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组局部皮瓣弹性评分、毛细血管充盈时间评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多元化保温处理对游离皮瓣移植患者皮瓣局部血运和皮瓣成活的影响显著,能有效提高皮瓣成活率,促进皮瓣局部血运,改善预后,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To investigate the effect of multiple thermal insulation treatment on local blood supply and survival of free flap transplantation.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,60 patients with free skin flap transplantation treated in the skin surgery department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional thermal insulation nursing,and the observation group was treated with diversified thermal insulation treatment.The survival rate of skin flap and local blood supply of skin flap in the two groups were compared.Results:The survival rate of skin flap in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80%),and the vascular crisis rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of local flap elasticity and capillary filling time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiple thermal insulation treatment has a significant effect on local blood supply and survival of free skin flap transplantation patients,which can effectively improve the survival rate of skin flap,promote local blood supply of skin flap,and improve prognosis.It has positive clinical significance.
