中医周期疗法治疗黄体不健全性月经失调的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究中医周期疗法治疗黄体不健全性月经失调的临床疗效。方法:对本院2017年4月-2018年10月间68例黄体不健全性月经失调患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用西药常规人工周期疗法,试验组采用中医周期疗法治疗,观察两组治疗效果、HPS评分及不良反应情况。结果:采用中医周期疗法治疗的试验组,治疗总有效率优于对照组,即97.1%,对照组79.4%,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组HPS评分高于对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为14.7%,试验组不良反应发生率为2.9%,两组均未见其他严重不良反应,不良反应发生率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄体不健全性月经失调采用中医周期疗法,有效改善了患者月经失调症状,临床疗效显著,不良反应轻微,值得采用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine periodic therapy on luteal disorders.Methods:68 patients with menstrual disorders due to luteal disorders in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were studied,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional artificial periodic therapy of western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with periodic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect,HPS score and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group treated with traditional Chinese medicine periodic therapy(97.1%)was better than that of the control group(79.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HPS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 14.7%in the control group and 2.9%in the experimental group.No other serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cycle therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has effectively relieved menstrual disorders in patients with luteal unsound menstruation.
