摘　　要：目的探究老年支气管哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者实施思力华联合舒利迭治疗的效果。方法便利选取于2017年4月—2018年4月期间在该院呼吸内科收治的100例老年支气管哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者随机对照分组,分为观察组(n=50例,实施思力华联合舒利迭治疗)和对照组(n=50例,实施单纯的舒利迭治疗),对比观察患者的治疗效果化。结果观察组治疗有效率92.00%(46/50)显著高于对照组患者74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.741,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组ACT评分显著高于对照组,CAT评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.927、6.981,P<0.05)。结论老年支气管哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者实施思力华联合舒利迭治疗,治疗效果显著,安全性高,可以改善患者的肺功能,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Sirihua combined with Seretide in elderly patients with bronchial asthma-slow-resistance pulmonary overlap syndrome.Methods From April 2017 to April 2018,convenient selection of 100 elderly patients with bronchial asthma-slow obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome admitted to the department of respiratory medicine were randomly divided into observation groups(n=50 cases,implementation silihua combined with sullipide treatment)and the control group(n=50 cases,the implementation of simple Seretide treatment),contrast observation of the treatment effect of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%(46/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 74.00%(37/50),The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.741,P<0.05).After treatment,the ACT score of the observation group was significant.Compared with the control group,the CAT score was significantly lower than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(t=6.927,6.981,P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with bronchial asthma-slow-resistance pulmonary overlap syndrome treated with silihua combined with Seretide treatment have significant therapeutic effect and high safety.It can improve the lung function of patients and it is worthy of clinical application.
