钻孔引流术结合阿托伐他汀对慢性硬膜下血肿短期临床疗效及预后比较

摘　　要：目的探讨钻孔引流术结合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)短期临床疗效,评估对神经功能的改善作用和并发症发生情况。方法方便选取2016年3月—2018年5月CSDH患者100例,随机分为两组,50例患者采用钻孔引流术结合口服阿托伐他汀作为治疗组,50例采用单纯钻孔引流术治疗,建立对照组。主要评估临床治疗效果,并发症等。结果治疗组患者住院时间和术后并发症、术后4周后CCS评分分别为(22.64±2.15)d、22.00%(11/50)和(4.20±0.69)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.450、9.180、9.670,P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.680,P<0.05)。结论钻孔引流术结合阿托伐他汀治疗CSDH短期临床疗效较好,神经功能改善显著,并发症发生率降低。Objective To investigate the short-term clinical efficacy of boring drainage combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH),and to evaluate the improvement of neurological function and complications.Methods Convenient selected a total of 100 patients with CSDH from March 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients underwent burr drainage combined with oral atorvastatin as the treatment group,and 50 patients underwent simple drilling drainage as a control group.Mainly evaluate clinical treatment effects,complications and so on.Results In the treatment group,the hospitalization time,postoperative complications,and CCS scores after 4 weeks were(22.64±2.15)d,22.00%(11/50)and(4.20±0.69)points,respectively.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.450,9.180,9.670,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.680,P<0.05).Conclusion Drilling drainage combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of CSDH has a short-term clinical effect,improved neurological function and reduced complication rate.
