筋针针刺扳机点下本体感觉反射疗法对颈性眩晕患者的治疗作用探讨

摘　　要：目的研究筋针针刺扳机点下本体感觉反射疗法对于颈性眩晕(CV)患者的作用与效果。方法方便选出该院在2018年6月—2019年3月采用传统牵引联合推拿联合中频治疗的30例CV患者,将其作为A组,另选出在此基础之上采用筋针针刺扳机点下本体感觉反射疗法的30例CV患者,将其作为B组,观察比较其结果。结果B组患者在治疗后其颈椎关节位置误差(JPE)(2.98±1.08)、生活质量评分[生理机能(83.41±5.69)分、生理职能(88.65±5.34)分、躯体疼痛(80.91±4.77)分、一般健康(81.65±5.18)分、精力(85.92±5.64)分、社会功能(81.53±4.97)分、情感职能(87.57±4.67)分、精神健康(86.24±5.14)分]、稳定性系数(ST)(21.79±4.23)都优于A组患者(4.22±1.87)(t=3.145,P=0.012)、(72.89±4.90)分(t=7.673,P=0.009)、(79.58±4.70)分(t=6.983,P=0.009)、(68.33±4.27)分(t=10.763,P=0.008)、(72.26±4.69)分(t=7.360,P=0.009)、(73.66±4.76)分(t=9.099,P=0.008)、(72.85±3.85)分(t=7.562,P=0.009)、(79.45±3.98)分(t=7.248,P=0.009)、(77.36±4.53)分(t=7.099,P=0.010)、(30.55±4.78)(t=7.517,P=0.009)(P<0.05)。结论对于CV患者来说,在运用筋针针刺扳机点下本体感觉反射疗法后,能够促进其治疗最后的效果与质量最大限度地得到提升,并增强其生活质量,可推广。Objective To study the effect and effect of proprioceptive reflex therapy under the needle acupuncture trigger on patients with cervical vertigo(CV).Methods Thirty patients with CV who underwent traditional traction combined with massage and intermediate frequency treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were convenient selected as group A.The needle needle acupuncture point was selected on this basis.Thirty patients with CV in the lower proprioceptive reflexology were treated as group B and the results were compared.Results In group B,the cervical joint position error(JPE)(2.98±1.08),quality of life score physiologic function(83.41±5.69)points,physiological function(88.65±5.34)points,physical pain(80.91±4.77)points after treatment,general health(81.65±5.18)points,energy(85.92±5.64)points,social function(81.53±4.97)points,emotional function(87.57±4.67)points,mental health(86.24±5.14)points,stability coefficient(ST)(21.79±4.23)was better than that of group A(4.22±1.87)(t=3.145,P=0.012),(72.89±4.90)points(t=7.673,P=0.009),(79.58±4.70)points(t=6.983,P=0.009),(68.33±4.27)points(t=10.763,P=0.008),(72.26±4.69)points(t=7.360,P=0.009),(73.66±4.76)points(t=9.099,P=0.008),(72.85±3.85)points(t=7.562,P=0.009),(79.45±3.98)points(t=7.248,P=0.009),(77.36±4.53)points(t=7.099,P=0.0107),(30.55±4.78)(t=7.517,P=0.009)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with CV,after using the acupuncture trigger to remove the proprioceptive reflexology,the final effect and quality of the treatment can be promoted to the maximum extent,and the quality of life can be enhanced.
