摘　　要：近年来全国推广老旧小区改造并将其纳入城镇保障性安居工程,许多城市纷纷开展老旧小区改造试点。通过对浙江某发达城市典型老旧小区进行摸底排查,全面掌握小区存在的安全性及使用性问题,为科学制定改造提升方案计划、内容标准及实施提供依据,同时在进行承载力复核基础上提出房屋结构加固及损伤修复方案,并对老旧小区改造提升提出建议。In recent years,the transformation of old residential areas has been promoted nationwide and incorporated into the project of urban security and safe living.Many cities have carried out the transformation pilot of old residential areas.Through the investigation of a typical old residential area in a developed city in Zhejiang Province,the existing safety and usability problems of the residential area are comprehensively grasped,which provides the basis for the scientific formulation of the plan,content standard and implementation of the transformation and upgrading,at the same time,based on the review of the bearing capacity,the strengthening and damage restoration plan of the housing structure is proposed,and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of the old residential area are put forward.
