摘　　要：简要介绍了某钢铁厂钢渣厂房现状及存在问题,改造内容及目标,改造措施及效果,以及施工时的一些注意事项。国内钢结构渣跨厂房普遍存在锈蚀严重、积灰严重、通风不畅的问题。此次改造设计,对传统的设计方法进行了改进,将梯形角钢屋架改为梯形钢管屋架,将成品通风天窗改为钢管普通天窗,将墙面采光带改为带雨披的气窗等,都取得了良好的效果,对今后类似的改造设计提供了一些参考。This paper briefly introduces the present situation and existing problems of a steel slag factory building in a steel plant,the contents and objectives of the renovation,the measures and effects of the renovation,as well as some matters needing attention in the construction.The problems of severe corrosion,ash accumulation and poor ventilation are common in steel structure slag span workshops in China.In this reconstruction,the traditional design method has been improved,the trapezoidal angle steel roof truss to trapezoidal steel pipe roof truss,the finished ventilation skylight is changed to a steel pipe ordinary skylight,change the light band of the wall surface to the air window with poncho,etc.,have achieved good results,it provides some references for the similar reconstruction design in the future.
