摘 要:由于电梯制动器制动力不足会导致比较严重的安全事故,这凸显了在电梯检验中制动器制动能力验证的重要性。在电梯定期检验中需进行空载上行制动试验,通过制动距离或减速度评判电梯的制动能力。本文介绍了一种曳引驱动电梯上行制动试验装置,通过激光测距传感器来测量空载轿厢上行制动过程中移动的距离,然后参照电梯轿厢空载上行制动距离的合理范围,对电梯制动能力进行评价,相比传统钢丝绳划标线法更准确。The insufficient braking power of elevator brake will lead to serious safety accidents,which it highlights the importance of the braking capacity validation in the elevator inspection.It is well known that the no-load up brake test must be carried out in the periodic inspection of elevators,then the elevator braking ability could be judged by braking distance or deceleration.In this paper,we introduce a traction drive elevator upward brake test device.A laser ranging sensor is used to measure the distance of the car moves during the upward braking process,and then consult the reasonable scope of the light elevator car upward braking distance,to evaluate the elevator braking ability.Comparing with the traditional method which marking out on wire rope,it is more accurate.
