摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在子宫肌瘤手术护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的择期行子宫肌瘤手术患者80例,随机分成两组各40例,对照组患者接受基础护理,观察组患者接受基础护理结合风险管理,比较两组的护理效果与护理质量。结果相较于对照组的护理效果,观察组的SAS和SDS评分均低,术后首次下床和住院时间均短(P<0.05);相较于对照组的护理质量评分(83.7±5.2)分,观察组的护理质量评分(92.3±3.4)分高(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤手术护理管理中实施风险管理的作用显著,能够提高护理效果和质量。Objective To explore the effect of risk management in the nursing management of uterine fibroids. Methods Collected from 80 patients who underwent elective uterine fibroid surgery in the hospital from January 2017 to December2018. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients in the control group and basic observation group each. Patients received basic nursing combined with risk management, and compared the nursing effect and nursing quality between the two groups. Results Compared with the nursing effect of the control group, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower, and the first bed-out and hospitalization time were shorter after surgery(P<0.05);compared with the control group’s quality of care score(83.7±5.2)points;the score of nursing quality of observation group(92.3±3.4)points, was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Risk management has a significant role in the management of uterine fibroids surgery, which can improve the effect and quality of nursing.
