综合性管理对介入导管室护理质量的控制效果评价

摘　　要：目的研究分析综合性管理模式对控制介入导管室护理质量的应用效果。方法将2016年1月-2018年1月该院介入导管室护理人员作为研究对象,对护理人员的护理质量及患者满意程度进行观察记录,将2017年1月-2018年1月开展综合性护理管理模式的结果视为观察组,将2016年1月-2017年1月未开展综合性护理管理模式的结果视为对照组,将两阶段结果进行对比分析。结果观察组护理质量总分为(97.24±3.04)分、满意程度为98.53%;对照组护理质量总分为(80.04±5.45)分、满意程度为81.25%。观察组护理质量评分以及患者满意程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性管理模式对控制介入导管室护理质量应用效果显著,可有效提高护理人员的护理服务质量,提高患者满意程度,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive management mode on the quality of nursing interventional catheter room. Methods The nursing staff of the interventional catheter room of the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were taken as the research object. The nursing quality and patient satisfaction of the nursing staff were observed and recorded. From January 2017 to January 2018, a comprehensive results of the nursing management model were regarded as the observation group, and the results of the comprehensive nursing management model that was not carried out from January 2016 to January 2017 were regarded as the control group, and the results of the two stages were compared and analyzed. Results The total score of nursing quality in the observation group was(97.24±3.04)points and satisfaction was98.53%;the total score of nursing quality in the control group was(80.04 ±5.45)points and satisfaction was 81.5%. The quality of care score and patient satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive management mode has a significant effect on the quality of nursing interventional catheterization room. It can effectively improve the quality of nursing care for nursing staff and improve patient satisfaction. It can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
