摘　　要：目的研究在初发脑梗死患者出院后行为管理中应用PDCA循环管理方法的效果。方法以该院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的60例初发脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机数字表法将全部患者分为对照组、观察组分别30例,对照组在患者出院后的行为管理中仅进行常规指导,观察组在患者出院后的行为管理中应用PDCA循环管理方法,以出院后1年时间为限,比较两组患者遵医度、生活质量。结果观察组管理1年后药物正确服用率、吸烟饮酒戒除率、脂肪摄入控制率、血糖及血压定期检测率、适当锻炼身体率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院后半年及出院后1年生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在初发脑梗死患者出院后行为管理中应用PDCA循环管理方法能够有效帮助患者改变不良生活行为及方式,提升患者院外遵医度,改善患者生活质量,有良好应用价值。Objective To study the effect of applying PDCA cycle management method in post-hospital behavior management of patients with primary cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 60 patients with primary cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were taken as targets. All patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The control group was discharged after the patients were discharged. The behavior management only provided routine guidance. The observation group applied the PDCA cycle management method in the behavior management of patients after discharge, and compared with the one-year period after discharge, the compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the correct medication taking rate, smoking and drinking abstinence rate, fat intake control rate, blood glucose and blood pressure regular detection rate,and proper exercise rate were significantly higher than those in the control group after one year of administration(P<0.05);the observation group was discharged from the hospital The quality of life scores in the second half of the year and 1 year after discharge were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method in post-hospital behavior management of patients with primary cerebral infarction can effectively help patients change their bad life behaviors and methods, improve patient compliance outside the hospital, improve the quality of life of patients, and have good application value.
