护理风险管理在皮肤科住院患者静脉留置针中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在皮肤科住院患者静脉留置针中的应用。方法选取该院2015年6月-2018年7月80例皮肤科住院患者,根据入院时间实施分组,观察组40例,对照组40例,观察组实施护理风险管理,对照组实施常规护理,对比干预效果。结果观察组风险发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在皮肤科住院患者静脉留置针中的应用效果显著,可降低风险发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of nursing risk management in venous indwelling needles in dermatology hospitalized patients. Methods Eighty dermatology inpatients in the hospital from June 2015 to July 2018 were selected and divided into groups according to the admission time. There were 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. The observation group implemented nursing risk management and the control group performed routine nursing intervention effect. Results The incidence of risk in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in venous indwelling needles in dermatology hospital patients has a significant effect, which can reduce the incidence of risk and improve nursing satisfaction.
