摘　　要：多学科联合协作(Multidisciplinary Collaboration,MC)是以优良的质量为患者提供合理、有效、便捷的医疗服务,使患者利益最大化。多学科协作诊疗模式是当今国际重要的医学模式之一,目的是使传统的个体模式、经验式模式转变为现代的小组协作与决策模式,以患者为中心,针对特定疾病,整合医疗资源,依托多学科团队,为患者确定最佳的治疗方案,不断提高医院的专业水平及促进多学科交叉发展。本文通过我科1例肛周坏死性筋膜炎合并严重脓毒症、多器官功能不全的案例,分析成功救治肛周坏死性筋膜炎的快捷、有效、合理的治疗方案,充分体现MC的作用,并突出联合中医药治疗的优势。多学科联合协作、中西医结合治疗肛周坏死性筋膜炎,疗效优良,优于单一方法治疗,早期应用中医药治疗,尤其危重症病例,往往效果更为显著,值得临床推广应用。Multidisciplinary collaboration is to provide reasonable,effective and convenient medical services for patients with good quality,so as to maximize the interests of patients.Multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model is one of the most important international medical models nowadays.Its purpose is to transform the traditional individual model and empirical model into modern group collaboration and decision-making model.It is patient-centered,targeted at specific diseases,integrated medical hospitals,relying on multidisciplinary teams to determine the best treatment plan for patients,which would continuously improve the professional level of hospitals and promote multidisciplinary learning and cross disciplinary development.Through the treatment of a case of perianal necrotizing fasciitis complicated with severe sepsis and multiple organ dysfunction in our department,this paper analyzes the quick,effective and reasonable treatment scheme for the treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis,which fully embodies the role of multidisciplinary collaboration,and highlights the advantages of combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis with multidisciplinary cooperation and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is superior to that with single method.Early application of traditional Chinese medicine,especially in critically ill cases,is often more effective and worthy of clinical application.
