多囊卵巢综合征造成排卵障碍性不孕应用补肾活血中药治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探究多囊卵巢综合征造成排卵障碍性不孕应用补肾活血中药治疗的临床效果。方法:将近期单县中医医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征并排卵障碍性不孕患者分为两组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组应用补肾活血中药进行治疗。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%(48/50),显著高于对照组的70.0%(35/50),组间比较差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者治疗后的各项性激素水平均明显优于对照组,对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将补肾活血中药运用到多囊卵巢综合征合并排卵障碍性不孕患者中能使性激素水平得到改善,治疗总有效率得到提高,值得进一步推荐。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen and promoting blood circulation in treating polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and ovulatory infertility admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%(48/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.0%(35/50).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the levels of sex hormones in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation can improve the level of sex hormones and improve the total effective rate of treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and ovulatory infertility.It is worthy of further recommendation.
