摘　　要：通过对淫羊藿主要有效成分淫羊藿苷、淫羊藿素等进行药理方面如对心血管系统、免疫系统、骨代谢、生殖系统、内分泌系统、抗肿瘤作用等,和临床应用方面如治疗骨骼系统疾病、乳腺疾病、呼吸道疾病、心脑血管痴呆疾病、心理性勃起功能障碍的生殖系统疾病的梳理综述,对淫羊藿的使用疗效和潜在价值有了进一步地深入了解。Pharmacological aspects and clinical application of the main effective components of icariin and icaritin in many systems and diseases such as cardiovascular system,immune system,bone metabolism,reproductive system,endocrine system,anti-tumor effect and skeletal system diseases,breast diseases,respiratory diseases,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular dementia,reproductive system diseases with mental erectile dysfunction were studied.In this review,efficacy and potential value of Herba Epimedii was reproted.
