摘　　要：目的:评价艾灸配合红外线照射治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法:选择我院2017年4月-2018年10月收治的96例痰热郁肺型肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用艾灸和红外线照射治疗,两组疗程均为10 d。比较两组疗效及免疫功能改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,脓痰消失时间、发热消失时间、啰音吸收时间、胸部X线炎症吸收时间、住院时间、血清炎性指标的变化及免疫功能指标均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸配合红外线照射治疗社区获得性肺炎有较好的疗效,且可改善患者的免疫功能。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of moxa-moxibustion plus infrared illumination on community acquired pneumonia.Methods:96 patients with community acquired pneumonia of the Tanre Yufei type(痰热郁肺型)were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,48 cases in each.The control group was given routine western medicine.The treatment group was treated by moxa-moxibustion plus infrared illumination more.The courses in groups were 10 days all.The efficacy and immune function in groups were compared.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group.The time of phlegm disappearance,fever disappearance,sound absorption,chest X-ray inflammation absorption and hospitalization,serum inflammatory index and immune function index in the treatment group were all better than control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxa-moxibustion plus infrared irradiation shows a good effect on community acquired pneumonia,can improve the immune function of patients.
