瓜前退黄散吹鼻治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟瓜前退黄散方吹鼻治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将80例黄疸新生儿随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组40例予常规蓝光照射治疗,实验组40例使用瓜前退黄散吹鼻治疗,均进行一个疗程的治疗(约7d),观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果:采用瓜前退黄散吹鼻法治疗的实验组总有效率均显著高于常规蓝光照射治疗组(P均<0.05);实验组治疗后血清总胆红素水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.05),黄疸消退时间显著短于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟瓜前退黄散吹鼻治疗新生儿黄疸有良好的临床疗效,可明显降低血清总胆红素水平,促进黄疸消退,且治疗方案“简、便、验、廉”,新生儿及家长更容易接受。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guaqian Tuihuang San(瓜前退黄散)by blowing nose on neonatal jaundice.Methods:80 neonates were divided into the control group and the experimental group.40 neonates in control group were treated with blue light irradiation,while 40 neonates in experimental group were treated with Guaqian Tuihuang San by blowing nose for about 7 days.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Serum total bilirubin level in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the jaundice subsidence time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.00%in the treatment group and 7.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guaqian Tuihuang San was effective on neonatal jaundice,by increasing serum total bilirubin and promoting the disappearance of jaundic,is simple,convenient,and inexpensive,which is more acceptable to neonates and parents.
