电针颈夹脊穴治疗脊髓变性型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究电针颈夹脊穴治疗脊髓变性型颈椎病的的临床疗效。方法:根据随机对照原则,将60例诊断为脊髓变性型颈椎病的患者分为电针颈夹脊穴组(观察组)与颈夹脊穴常规针刺组(对照组),两组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上,分别配合电针颈夹脊穴与颈夹脊穴常规针刺治疗,每日一次,7天为一个疗程,疗程间间隔一天,共治疗4个疗程,治疗后采用颈椎病脊髓功能状态评定24分法、改良VAS疼痛评分法等综合评定两组患者病情变化,对所有评分数据统计分析,比较两种治疗方案的临床疗效的差异。结果:观察组神经功能改善与疼痛减轻均优于对照组,经统计学分析,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组与对照组患者治疗后临床疗效存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:两种方法都能有效改善脊髓变性型颈椎病患者神经功能与上肢疼痛状况;观察组治疗脊髓变性型颈椎病临床疗效与生活质量改善佳于对照组,电针颈夹脊穴治疗脊髓变性型颈椎病可获得更为满意的效果,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at the Jingjiaji points(颈夹脊穴)on cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with spinal degeneration cervical spondylosis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized control principle.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the two groups were treated by electroacupuncture at the Jingjiaji points and conventional acupuncture at the Jingjiaji points,once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,with a day interval between the courses,for 4 courses.After treatment,the changes in the condition of the two groups were assessed comprehensively by the 24 scores method of spinal cord function status assessment of the cervical spondylosis and the modified VAS pain scores.Results:The neurological function improvement and pain reduction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the clinical efficacy after treatment was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both methods can effectively improve the neurological function and pain of upper limbs in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy.The efficacy and quality of life in the observation group are better than those in the control group.For satisfactory results,it is worth promoting.
