薄氏腹针联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗肾虚血瘀型卵泡未破裂黄素化综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨薄氏腹针联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,HCG)治疗肾虚血瘀型卵泡未破裂黄素化综合征(Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome,LUFS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月来我院确诊的87例肾虚血瘀型LUFS患者,按随机数字表法分为A组(29例,给予HCG治疗)、B组(29例,给予薄氏腹针治疗)和C组(29例,给予薄氏腹针联合HCG治疗),均治疗3个月经周期后,观察三组排卵率、妊娠率,同时观察三组治疗前后中医证候积分变化及雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、黄体生成素(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)水平变化,并评价各组安全性。结果:C组排卵率和妊娠率均高于A组(P<0.05),B组排卵率和妊娠率高于A组,C组高于B组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组治疗后主症(经量、经色、月经血块、痛经、腰膝酸软),次症(下腹疼痛、头晕耳鸣、头晕耳鸣、小便清长、疲倦乏力、典型舌像、典型脉象)的证候积分较治疗前均降低,且C组低于A组、B组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组治疗后E2、LH水平较治疗前均升高,且C组E2、LH水平高于A组、B组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组治疗期间均未见不良事件发生。结论:肾虚血瘀型LUFS患者采取薄氏腹针联合HCG治疗效果显著,可提高排卵率和妊娠率,改善性激素水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Bo’s acupuncture plus human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)on luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS).Methods:87 patients were randomly divided into group A(29 cases,given HCG)and group B(29 cases,treated by Bo’s acupuncture)and group C(29 cases,treated by Bo’s acupuncture plus HCG).After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in groups were observed;and the TCM syndrome scores,E2 and LH in groups were observed and the safety of each group was evaluated.Results:The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in group C were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in group B were higher than group A and group C was higher than group B,there was no significant difference between groups(P﹥0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms in groups were lower than before treatment,and group C was lower than group A and group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The E2 and LH levels in groups were higher than those before treatment,and E2 and LH in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred during the three treatment periods.Conclusion:The Bo’s acupuncture plus HCG on LUFS shows a significant effect,can improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate and improve sex hormone levels.
