摘　　要：复发性念珠菌性阴道炎反复发作、缠绵难愈,严重影响了患者的生活质量。抗真菌药物治疗本病,虽能够有效控制病情,但疗程后复发率高,存在治标不治本的局限性,亦可能产生耐药性。李成秀主任经大量临床实践总结出,应用中药四妙散加味口服,配合苦参蛇黄散坐浴,标本兼治,既降低疾病复发率,又不会产生耐药性,还可提高机体的免疫力,临床疗效显著。Recurrent candida vaginitis recurs and is difficult to heal,which seriously affects the quality of life.Antifungal drugs on treating this disease can effectively control the disease,with high recurrence rate after treatment,there are limitations in treating symptoms with recurrent and drug resistance.Through a large number of clinical practices,Director Li Chengxiu concluded that the application of Simiao San(四妙散)plus Kushen Shehuang San(苦参蛇黄散)can cures both the symptoms and the symptoms,not only decreases the recurrence rate of the disease,but also does not produce drug resistance,but also improves the body’s immunity,with significant clinical efficacy.
