摘 要:文章以某上跨铁路段的T构桥转体支撑系统为研究对象,运用ANSYS建立球铰接触分析模型,研究了上下钢制球铰球面半径差异、上球铰混凝土底座形式以及上转盘是否配置预应力对转动支撑系统受力的影响。研究表明,钢制上球铰球面半径略小于下球铰对转动系统有利,上球铰混凝土底座采用球缺形式对转动系统有利,上转盘配置预应力对转动系统有利。此研究结果对转体桥梁转动系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。Taking the swivel bearing system of T-shaped rigid frame bridge crossing over railway as the research object,the contact analysis model of spherical hinge is established by ansys.The influence of the differences in the spherical radius of the upper and lower steel swivel spherical hinge,the form of concrete base of the upper spherical hinge,and whether the upper rotary table was equipped with prestress on the stress state of the swivel bearing system are studied.The results show that the spherical radius of the steel upper spherical hinge is slightly smaller than that of the lower spherical hinge,which is beneficial to the swivel system.The concrete base adopts the form of ball defect,and the rotary table is equipped with prestress,which is advantageous for the swivel system as well.The results of this study have a certain reference value for the design of rotating bridge.
