摘  要:采用凝胶-燃烧法合成了CaMoO4:Tb3+绿色荧光粉,借助X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、荧光光谱仪(PL)对样品的晶体结构、形貌、发光特性等进行分析,结果表明:所得CaMoO4:Tb3+样品为四方白钨矿型结构,平均粒径为450 nm左右;CaMoO4:Tb3+荧光粉在276 nm紫外光激发下发射绿光,色度坐标为(0.2741,0.5683);Tb3+最佳掺杂量为x=0.025 mol,柠檬酸的最佳加入量为a=n(NO3-)/n(C6H8O7)=3.5,最佳点火温度为650℃。The green-emitting phosphor CaMoO4:Tb3+ was synthesized by gel-combustion method,and the crystal structure,morphology and luminescence properties of CaMoO4:Tb3+ were characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electronic microscopy(FE-SEM) and fluorescence spectrophotometer etc.The result showed that the synthesized CaMoO4:Tb3+sample has a tetragonal scheelite structure,with average size of 450 nm.CaMoO4:Tb3+ phosphors emitted green light under UV excitation at 276 nm,the color coordinate of which was calculated to be(0.2741,0.5683),the best doping concentration of Tb3+in the Ca1-xMoO4:Tb3+x was 0.025 mol,the ratio of citric acid to NO3-(n(NO3-)/n(C6 H8 O7)) was optimized as 3.5,and the best ignition temperature was 650℃.
