疮灵液和碘伏稀释液湿敷治疗PICC穿刺点感染的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比疮灵液和碘伏稀释液湿敷治疗经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)穿刺点感染的效果。方法PICC局部穿刺点感染36例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各18例。观察组采用疮灵液湿敷穿刺点。对照组采用碘伏稀释液湿敷穿刺点,比较2组的治愈效果、治愈时间、换药次数和治疗费用。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.01),换药次数和换药费用少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论疮灵液湿敷能够有效治疗PICC穿刺点皮肤感染,且较碘伏稀释液相比,能够缩短治愈时间,减少换药次数,降低治疗费用。Objective To compare the curative effects of Chuangling solution and povidone-iodine-diluent wet-compressing in treating puncture site infection after peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)placement.Methods A total of 36 patients with puncture site infection after placement of PICC were randomly divided into two groups,with 18 cases in each group.In the control group,the wet-compressing with povidone-iodine-diluent was used at the PICC puncture site,and the Chuangling solution was used in the observation gorup.The curative effects,the healing time,the frequency of dressing change and cost were evaluated.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of observation group was shorter than in the control group(P<0.01).The frequency and cost of dressing change in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Chuangling solution wet-compressing is effective in the treatment of puncture site infection after PICC placement,and associated with shorter healing time and less frequency and cost of dressing change compared with povidone-iodine-diluent wet-compressing.
