摘　　要：目的探讨开展护理专案活动提高住院早产儿母乳喂养率中的效果。方法成立护理专案小组,实施“提高住院早产儿母乳喂养率”专案行动,护理专案行动包括现况分析、目标设定、原因分析、对策拟定与实施、效果评价等环节。结果住院早产儿母乳喂养率由2018年3月—5月护理专案开展前的14.58%(446/3060)提高到2018年6月—9月护理专案开展后23.69%(725/3060),目标达成率111.51%。结论护理专案活动能有效提高住院早产儿母乳喂养率。Objective To investigate the value of the nursing project management in improving breastfeeding rates in preterm infants.Methods A special team was set up to carry out the a nursing project for improving breastfeeding rates in preterm infants.The key issues in the nursing project included status analysis,goal setting,factors analysis,decision making,implementation and evaluation.Results The rate of breastfeeding in preterm infants was increased from 14.58%(446/3060)before implementation of nursing project management(March to May,2018)to 23.69%(725/3060)after implementation of nursing project(June to September,2018),with a target achievement ratio of 111.51%.Conclusion The implementation of nursing project management is effective to improve the breastfeeding rate in hospitalized preterm infants.
