摘 要:以中大吨位装载机液压系统管路中的法兰接头为研究对象,通过对渗漏问题反馈数据进行归类分析,找出渗漏问题的主要发生部位为法兰接头的连接处,造成渗漏的主要原因是紧固螺栓的松动及O形圈的损坏。通过DOE试验设计找出造成连接处松动的直接原因为紧固力矩不达标。采取的措施为:改进工艺方法,涂抹粘胶剂以降低O形圈安装过程中易被挤压与咬边的风险;优化拧紧工具搭配组合,降低力矩衰减;改进气源压力的稳定范围,提升风动工具的可靠性。改进措施应用后的效果表明,液压系统法兰接头连接处渗漏问题的占比得到降低,同时,提升了液压系统的可靠性,降低了质量问题反馈率。A flange hydraulic circuit connection of big-size wheel loaders was set as an object for study to find out leakage which is to be classified and analyzed before feeding back.One leakage was found at the connection flange as a result of loosing Orings,which through DOE test and design to have found out that the cause lies with deficient torque for the tightening there.Some measures were taken to improve the process by applying adhesives to the Oring while assembling to prevent squeezing and edge binding for fewer hazards;optimizing fit tools combination to minimize torque attenuation,and improving stability range of air intake to upgrade reliability of the pneumatic tools.The results show that the leakage and its percentage have been lowered while increasing reliability of the hydraulic system,so is decrease rate of quality problems fed back.
