解郁消痞汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对功能性消化不良伴焦虑状态患者胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟解郁消痞汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)伴焦虑状态患者的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2018年12月就诊于河北中医学院门诊部及河北省中医院脾胃病科门诊的FD伴焦虑状态患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者给予口服黛力新治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟解郁消痞汤口服治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为91.2%,对照组有效率为31.4%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4周后HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清胃动素、胃泌素、5-羟色胺含量高于对照组,皮质醇含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解郁消痞汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗FD伴焦虑状态,能够有效降低患者焦虑评分,缓解焦虑状态。Objective:To observe the influence of Self-made Decoction for Resolving Constraint and Dispersing Abdominal Mass combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets(Deanxit)on gastrointestinal hormones in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)and anxiety.Methods:A total of 70 FD patients with anxiety treated from May 2018 to December 2018 were selected from the outpatient department of Hebei College of TCM and the outpatient department of spleen and stomach disease of Hebei Hospital of TCM,and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the method of random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Deanxit,while those in the treatment group were treated with Self-made Decoction for Resolving Constraint and Dispersing Abdominal Mass for oral administration on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Results:The effective rate was 91.2%in the treatment group and 31.4% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMA score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of motilin,gastrin and 5-hydroxytryptamine in the serum in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of cortisol was lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Resolving Constraint and Dispersing Abdominal Mass combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets has a remarkable efficacy on FD and anxiety,can effectively reduce the anxiety score of patients and relieve the anxiety state.
