加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸对咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)患儿免疫功能的影响。方法:将102例CVA患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗,观察组给予加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸治疗。观察两组的临床疗效,并记录治疗前后的免疫指标(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、血清炎性因子[血清白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)、血清肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]水平及肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(Forced exhalation in the first second/forced vital capacity,FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、最大通气量(maximal voluntary ventilation,MVV)]变化。结果:观察组有效率为94.1%,对照组有效率为80.4%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后患儿CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平低于对照组,CD8^+水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-8、TNF-α水平低于对照组,TGF-β1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FEV1/FVC、PEF、MVV水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸可明显缓解CVA患儿症状,提高患儿免疫能力,且对炎性因子水平调节有积极影响。Objective:To observe the influence of Supplemented Jade Wind-Barrier Decoction combined with moxibustion on immune function of children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:A total of 102 children with CVA were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with conventional medicine,while those in the observation group were treated with Supplemented Jade Wind-Barrier Decoction combined with moxibustion.Then the two groups′clinical effects were observed,the changes of immune indexes(including CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+),serum inflammatory factors[including levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),transforming growthfactor-β1(TGF-β1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],lung function indexes[including forced exhalation in the first second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)]before and after the treatment were recorded.Results:The effective rate was 94.1%in the observation group and 80.4% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^+was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of TGF-β1 was higher than that in the control group and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,FEV1/FVC,PEF and MVV levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Jade Wind-Barrier Decoction combined with moxibustion has a remarkable efficacy on immune function of children with CVA,can obviously alleviate the symptoms,improve their immune ability,and have a positive
