摘　　要：本研究采用成熟的PLC+触摸屏的硬件架构,将电阻计、绝缘电阻测试仪、电参数表和热试验箱等试验设备进行整合,制造了一台八通道灯用控制装置检测系统。该系统主要用于GB 19510.1-2009标准第13章所述的绕组耐热试验,同时可用于其他产品中绕组的温升测试。In this study, a mature hardware structure--PLC with touch screen was used to develop an eight channel lamp controlgear test system in which test equipments including ohmmeter, insulation resistance tester, power meter and heating chamber were integrated. This test system is mainly used to run the thermal endurance test for windings described in Clause 13 of GB 19510.1-2009. It can also be used to conduct the thermal test for windings of other products.
