摘 要:在雨水径流污染日益加剧的当下,雨水调蓄池中污染物的沉积已成为严重的工程问题,沉积物去除成本已成为不菲的工程投入,因此迫切需要对沉积物清洗技术进行创新。本研究依托某雨水调蓄池工程案例,对加装在调蓄池中的双曲面搅拌机进行了定常计算,分别对单个搅拌机和搅拌机阵列进行三维数值模拟。计算中,几何模型采用全结构网格进行划分,湍流方程采用标准k-ε方程,取得了不同转速工况下测试水池以及工程实际调蓄池中流体的流态分布。结果显示,选择35r/min的运行转速可以较好地满足工程需要,并兼顾经济性。研究结果对双曲面搅拌机在雨水调蓄池中的应用提供了选型依据和设计指导。The deposition of pollutants in rainwater storage tank is a serious problem with the increasing rainwater runoff pollution.The cost of sediment removal has become a considerable engineering input,so it is urgent to innovate the sediment cleaning technology.Based on a case study of a rainwater storage tank project,the steady calculation of hyperboloid stirrer installed in the storage tank was carried out,and the three-dimensional numerical simulation of single mixer and mixer array was carried out respectively.In this calculation,the geometric model is divided into full-structured mesh,and the turbulence equation is standard k-εequation.The flow pattern distribution of the fluids in the test tank and the actual engineering storage tank at different rotational speeds is obtained.The results show that the operation speed of 35 r/min can satisfied the demands of the project and energy conservation.The research results provide the basis for selection and design guidance for the application of hyperboloid stirrer in rainwater storage tank.
