不同频次针刺蝶腭神经节治疗常年变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同频次针刺蝶腭神经节治疗常年变应性鼻炎(Perennial Allergic Rhinitis,PAR)的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年2月我院收治的PAR患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和实验组各40例,两组均采用针刺蝶腭神经节治疗,对照组每周治疗1次,实验组每周治疗2次。比较两组治疗的近期、远期临床疗效,症状、体征评分的变化。结果:治疗前两组症状、体征评分均无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组的鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏、鼻甲肿胀程度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组近期及远期总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:每周2次针刺蝶腭神经节治疗PAR的临床疗效显著,能够减少患者的症状、体征,值得临床进一步推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of different frequency acupuncture sphenopalatine ganglion on perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR).Methods:80 patients were divided into the control group and experimental group by random number method.Both groups were treated by different frequency acupuncture sphenopalatine ganglion.The control group was treated as once a week.The experimental group treated as twice a week.Results:After treatment,the score of nasal congestion,itching,runny nose,sneezing,and turbinate swelling in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).And the total recent effective rate and total long-term efficiency in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture of the sphenopalatine ganglion as twice a week is effective and can reduce the symptoms and signs of patients,is worth promoting.
