五子散热敷大椎穴联合中药熏蒸鼻部治疗肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五子散热敷大椎穴配合中药熏蒸鼻部治疗肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:将肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者80例随机平均分为两组,对照组行单纯中药熏蒸鼻部,观察组行五子散热敷大椎穴配合中药熏蒸鼻部治疗。结果:观察组过敏性鼻炎症状缓解快,复发率低,总体有效率为92.5%(38/40)。对照组症状缓解慢,总体有效率为55.0%(22/40),观察组鼻痒、流涕、鼻塞与喷嚏改善时间少于对照组,观察组治疗后症状评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,治疗后免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)G水平高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:五子散热敷大椎穴配合中药熏蒸鼻部治疗肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎效果具有临床疗效。Objective:To observe efficacy of Wuzisan(五子散)hot stupe on the Dazhui points(大椎穴)plus TCM medicine fumigation on nose on allergic rhinitis of the Feipi Qixu type(肺脾气虚型).Methods:80 patients with allergic rhinitis of the Feipi Qixu type randomly averagely were divided into two groups.The control group was treated by TCM medicine fumigation on nose,and the observation group was treated by Wuzisan hot stupe on Dazhui point plus TCM medicine fumigation on nose.Results:In the observation group,symptom of allergic rhinitis relieve fast,and recurrence rate is low.Total efficiency is 92.5%(38/40)in the observation group.Symptom of allergic rhinitis relieve slowly and total efficiency is 55.0%(22/40)in the control group.Nose itching,runny nose,nasal congestion and sneezing were fewer than the control group.The symptom scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group.The level of IgG was higher than the control group.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Wuzisan hot stupe on Dazhui point plus TCM medicine fumigation on nose on allergic rhinitis of Feipi Qixu type was effective.
