血清肿瘤标记物检测在中医辅助治疗卵巢癌疗效评估中的价值

摘　　要：目的:研究血清肿瘤标记物糖类抗原125(Carbohydrate Antigen,CA125)、癌胚抗原(Carcino Embryonic Antigen,CEA)、环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)-1联合动态检测在中医辅助治疗卵巢癌疗效评估中的临床应用价值。方法:选取100例卵巢癌患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用西医治疗,研究组在西医治疗基础上辅助中医药综合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血清CA125、CEA、COX-1水平变化,比较两组患者治疗后临床症状改善情况。结果:血清CA125、CEA、COX-1水平与临床疗效具有明显相关性,两组患者治疗后血清CA125、CEA、COX-1水平与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗后研究组血清CA125、CEA、COX-1水平与对照组比较降低更明显(P<0.05),治疗后研究组患者临床症状改善有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌在西医治疗基础上辅助中医药综合治疗可显著改善患者临床症状,临床疗效确切;血清CA125、CEA、COX-1是评估卵巢癌疗效的有效客观指标。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of serum tumor markers carbohydrate antigen,carcinoembryonic antigen,cyclooxygenase in the evaluation on efficacy of TCM on ovarian cancer.Methods:100 patients with ovarian cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the research group assisted the comprehensive treatment of TCM plus western medicine.The symptom improvement in two groups was compared.It is also compared the changes of serum CA125,CEA and COX-1 levels in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Serum CA125,CEA,COX-1 levels have a significant correlation with clinical efficacy.Serum CA125,CEA and COX-1 levels after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).The effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).And,the clinical symptoms in the study group were significantly more effective than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine plus TCM comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and is effective on ovarian cancer.The changes of serum CA125,CEA and COX-1 levels are effective objective criteria for assessing ovarian cancer.
