自拟通络活血方治疗寒凝血瘀型肩周炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟通络活血方治疗寒凝血瘀型肩周炎的临床效果。方法:纳入我院2018年1-12月寒凝血瘀型肩周炎患者共80例为研究对象,将患者的就诊号使用数字表法进行分组,分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采取药物联合手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用通络活血方治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、肩部功能水平、疼痛评分及炎性因子水平差异。结果:观察组的临床治疗效果总体优于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前的肩功能水平、转化生长因子β1及前列腺素E2水平无明显差异,干预后两组各项指标水平均得到优化,但观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:寒凝血瘀型肩周炎患者使用通络活血方治疗具有更好的临床效果,能够改善肩关节功能与相关炎性因子水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Tongluo Huoxue prescription(通络活血方)on frozen shoulder of the Hanning Xueyu type(寒凝血瘀型).Methods:80 patients were divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was treated with medicine plus manual therapy.The observation group was treated with the Tongluo Huoxue prescription more.The efficacy,shoulder function,pain score and inflammatory factor level were compared between groups.Results:The efficacy in the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the level of shoulder function,transforming growth factorβ1 and prostaglandin E2 between groups before treatment;those in the observation group were superior to the control group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Tongluo Huoxue prescription on frozen shoulder of the Hanning Xueyu type shows better clinical effects,can improve the shoulder function and related inflammatory factors.
