摘　　要：目的:分析养血熄风汤加减治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的临床效果。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的小儿抽动秽语综合征患儿62例,随机分为对照组(31例)、观察组(31例),对照组行盐酸硫必利和盐酸苯海索片治疗,观察组行养血熄风汤加减治疗。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率、耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表症状评分(The Yale Global Tie Severity Scale,YGTSS)、不良反应发生率、临床症状改善时间相比较于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:小儿抽动秽语综合征患儿接受养血熄风汤加减治疗,能够提高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Yangxue Xifeng decoction(养血熄风汤)on pediatric tourette syndrome.Methods:62 children with pediatric tourette syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(31 cases).The control group was treated with thiophene hydrochloride and trihexyphene hydrochloride tablets.The observation group was treated with the Yangxue Xifeng decoction.Results:The total efficiency,YGTSS score,adverse reaction rate,and clinical symptom improvement time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Children with pediatric tourette syndrome can receive the Yangxue Xifeng decoction,which can improve the therapeutic effect.
