健脾化湿止泻汤治疗慢性功能性腹泻患者的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:分析健脾化湿止泻汤治疗慢性功能性腹泻患者的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院于2017年4月-2018年4月收治的108例慢性功能性腹泻患者,由计算机编号,按照单双数法分为观察组(54例)与对照组(54例),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用健脾化湿止泻汤治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、生活质量评分、中医症状积分、症状缓解时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,对照组为81.48%,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者各项中医症状积分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组便质、每次排便次数、泛酸、腹痛、肠鸣等症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用健脾化湿止泻汤治疗慢性功能性腹泻患者,可明显改善患者粪便稀溏、每日排便频繁等临床症状,缩短患者症状改善时间,降低疾病复发率。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Huashi Zhixie decoction(健脾化湿止泻汤)on chronic functional diarrhea.Methods:108 patients were divided into the observation group and control group,54 in each group.The control group was treated by conventional therapy.The observation group was treated with the Jianpi Huashi Zhixie decoction.Results:The total efficiency was 94.44%in the observation group and 81.48%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the stool,the number of bowel movements,pantothenic acid,abdominal pain and bowel sound were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom relief time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Huashi Zhixie decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as fecal dilute and frequent bowel movements,shorten the symptom improvement time and reduce the recurrence rate.
