摘 要:为防止大型箕斗装载硐室发生变形及破坏,门克庆煤矿对其支护方案展开设计,通过对某矿井箕斗装载硐室变形破坏原因的分析,对门克庆箕斗装载硐室装载工艺以及硐室支护方案的研究,提出了硐室底板采用反底拱,端墙采用圆弧拱、平台兼有支撑侧墙作用的设计理念;将硐室在高度方向上分成了3个空间结构,以避免断面上中下交界处产生应力集中的危害,并有效抵抗弯矩和围岩变形。通过数值模拟及实践校验,该硐室支护断面形式、结构受力、支护方式较合理,有效控制了变形,整体支护效果良好。In order to prevent the deformation and damage of the large skip loading chamber in Mengkeqing mine,the supporting scheme was designed.Based on the analysis of the causes of deformation and damage of skip loading chamber in a mine,the loading technology and supporting scheme of skip loading chamber in Mengkeqing mine were researched,and the design concept of reverse bottom arch for chamber floor,arc arch for end wall and supporting side wall for platform was put forward.By dividing the chamber into three spatial structures in the height direction,the stress concentration was avoided,and the bending moment and surrounding rock deformation were effectively prevented.The numerical simulation and practice show that the section form,structural stress and support mode of the chamber are reasonable,and the overall support effect is good.
