摘  要:提高矿井主扇风机的工作效率,可以实现矿井风机的节能降耗。为探讨变频技术在矿井主扇风机中的应用方式,从主扇风机存在的问题及变频技术所具有的优势出发,结合变频调速器的适用条件和选型及调试过程,对其节能改造过程进行详细阐述。通过对采用变频技术后的实效进行分析,发现变频调速技术调速操作简单方便,不仅使通风系统运行效率大幅提高,也提升了安全性能,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,具有一定的推广价值。Improving the working efficiency of the main fan can realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of the main fan.In order to explore the application mode of frequency conversion technology in mine main fan,based on the problems existing in the main fan and the advantages of frequency conversion technology,combined with the applicable conditions of frequency converter,the energy-saving transformation process was described in detail.Through the analysis of the actual effect of frequency conversion technology,it is found that the operation of frequency conversion technology is simple and convenient,which not only greatly improves the operation efficiency of the ventilation system,but also improves the safety performance,obtains significant economic and social benefits,and has a certain promotion value.
