宣肺涤痰方辅助治疗小儿细菌性肺炎41例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察宣肺涤痰方辅助治疗小儿细菌性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月在杭州市余杭区第二人民医院儿科收治的82例细菌性肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组予头孢噻肟静脉滴注、微波理疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上予宣肺涤痰方口服,治疗1周后统计2组的临床疗效以及治疗前后血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的变化情况。结果对照组总有效率为78.1%,治疗组为100.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清CRP、PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组血清CRP、PCT水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论宣肺涤痰方辅助治疗小儿细菌性肺炎可有效降低患儿血清CRP及PCT水平,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Ditan Fang(宣肺涤痰方)in adjuvant treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children.Methods Eighty-two cases of bacterial pneumonia in children admitted to pediatrics department in the Second People’s Hospital in Yuhang District of Hangzhou from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each.The control group was given cefotaxime intravenous drip and microwave physiotherapy,on this basis,the treatment group was given oral Xuanfei Ditan Fang.After 1 week of treatment, the clinical efficacy,the changes of the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP) before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 78.1%,that of the treatment group was 100.0%,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in the serum levels of CRP and PCT between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the serum levels of CRP and PCT all significantly decreased(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Ditan Fang in adjuvant treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children can effectively decrease the serum levels of CRP and PCT with marked curative effects,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
