腰阳关穴位注射对脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察腰阳关穴位注射对脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能的影响。方法将80例脑瘫患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予腰阳关穴位注射,2组均20 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息10 d,连续治疗3个疗程后,采用粗大运动功能测试(GMFM)评估2组治疗前后的各区分值并进行疗效评定。结果治疗前2组GMFM评估各区分值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组GMFM评估各区分值均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组B、C、D区分值升高更显著,与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论常规康复治疗配合腰阳关穴位注射可有效改善脑瘫患儿的粗大运动功能。Objective To observe the effects of Yaoyangguan(Du 3) acupoint injection on gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy.Methods Eighty cases of children with cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,on this basis,the treatment group was given Yaoyangguan(Du 3) acupoint injection.Twenty days constituted 1 course of treatment for the 2 groups,and the interval between courses of treatment were 10 days,continuous treatment for 3 courses of treatment,each section scores of the gross motor function measure(GMFM) test of the 2 groups before and after treatment and the curative effects were evaluated.Results Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in each section scores of GMFM between the two groups(P>0.05), and they were comparable.After treatment,each section scores of GMFM in the two groups all significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01), moreover,the section scores of B,C and D increased more significantly in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Routine rehabilitation treatment cooperating with Yaoyangguan(Du 3) acupoint injection can effectively improve the gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
