摘　　要：介绍徐克武主任医师诊治腰椎小关节错位的经验。其经多年的理论研究与临床实践,总结出“一体三法”腰椎小关节错位规范化治疗方案(包括三步理筋手法,中药口服、外敷,功能康复训练),用于临床,取得了显著的疗效。附典型病案1则以验证。This paper introduces archiater XU Kewu’s experience in diagnosis and treatment of lumbar facet joint dislocation.After many years of theoretical research and clinical practice,he summarizes the standardized therapeutic schedule of lumbar facet joint dislocation,namely“integrated three manipulations”(including three steps of tendon-smoothing manipulation,oral administration of Chinese materia medica,external application and functional rehabilitation training),which has been used in clinic and achieved marked curative effect.One typical case is attached for verification.
